2. Nature of the Service & User Responsibility

FivoTools provides free, browser-based mathematical calculators, static QR code generators, and file manipulation utilities for general informational and preliminary estimation purposes.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all numbers, units, measurements, and files you input into our tools.
  • FivoTools does not verify your inputs and does not guarantee that mathematical calculations will reflect your actual commercial, construction, or payroll results.
  • You agree to independently review and verify all critical outputs before purchasing materials, issuing contractor bids, executing job contracts, or submitting official tax or regulatory filings.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You may use FivoTools freely for personal, professional, educational, or internal commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You must not use automated scrapers, bots, or programmatic scripts to harvest content, attack server infrastructure, or circumvent rate limitations.
  • You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or frame our tools inside an external application without written authorization.
  • You must not use our static QR code generator or document tools to generate malicious payloads, phishing URLs, malware distribution links, or unlawful materials.

4. Intellectual Property

All original design tokens, interface components, custom styling, documentation, formulas, and visual branding on FivoTools are the intellectual property of FivoTools and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. You retain full, exclusive ownership of any documents, images, or numerical data you process locally in your browser.

5. "As-Is" Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
